What stays on your phone

Kaam Chalu Hai keeps only these things, on your phone:

how many shifts you have played
your best scores and the total number of days you have survived
the endings you have reached
your sound and theme choices
the run you are in the middle of, so you can carry on later
whether you have seen the tutorial

None of it is sent anywhere. The app has no internet permission, so it cannot send data.

Kaam Chalu Hai does not switch off Android backup. If Android backup is on for your Google account, your progress and settings are included in that backup, which is encrypted, and we cannot access it.

What is collected or shared

Nothing is collected. Nothing is shared or sold. Kaam Chalu Hai contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no marketing tools.

Children

Kaam Chalu Hai is a game for a general audience. It collects nothing that identifies anyone.

Permissions

Kaam Chalu Hai asks for no permissions.

Your rights over your data

Because your progress is only ever on your phone, you control it directly.

Delete a run. You can delete a run in progress when you start a new one.
Reset the tutorial. You can do this in Settings.
Erase everything. The app has no delete-everything button. To erase all your progress, clear the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app.

Deleting the app also removes everything it stored.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act

Kaam Chalu Hai processes no personal data.

Nomination: you can nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or are unable to act (section 14 of the Act). Write to the address below.
Grievances: write to the address below. We reply within 30 days. If we do not resolve your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the new version is published at the same address before the change takes effect.
